CHOOSE TO HELP
Praying for a Good Samaritan to come ur way VS being a Good Samaritan. Luke 10:30-35 This passage is one of the most popular bible stories. It was one of the Bible stories I knew as a child. But growing up, I've had to look at the passage again and a few things came to my mind which I would like to share. In this passage we were told that a couple of men passed ( a priest and a levite ) the man who was beaten, but they CHOSE not to help, it was indeed a decision, but the Samaritan ( who nobody expected) was the one who eventually helped. My point directly is this, in the world we live in where everybody prays for help and change, a better approach is if we, as individuals Choose to be the help and change. This can start from little area of our lives like our schools, homes, place of work etc. Ask yourself these questions: am I contributing to the problems or am i proffering solutions? Am i waiting for 'Someone" to do it or am i doing it by myself? Am i just rece...
