JOURNEY TO SELF-CONTROL
So I remember back then in University, I used to embark on something I called Discipline and self-control journey. The first time I tried it, I discovered that my intake of snacks was too much so I decided to reduce it. The strategy then was to start taking breakfast. By doing this I knew I’ll most likely not be hungry and even tho I wanted to do ojukokoro or kodeyi, the guilt of spending extra money will hunt me. Gradually I did it, one day at a time, till I was able to look hot dog in the face and say you loose and walk away…. Heheheh… I was free!!! The next semester (300 level Omega), seeing how that one worked, I decided to stop taking cold drinks. So here was my reason: I just became Assistant Choir Director and as per choir nah... no cold water, no popcorn etc. (all them rules..... rme).
