Starting the new year with thanksgiving!!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EBUNOLUWA!!!! 25 is here already!!!! Yippee So I just feel like starting this new year of mine with ‘25 things I’m grateful for’ So here goes: 1. Thank you Jesus for dying on the cross for a wretched sinner like me and allowing me to be your daughter. 2. Thank you Jesus for allowing me to be a girl 😁😆😁😆 3. Twenty Five in a bit

So I’m starting this article by 10:38pm on my 25th birthday eve. I’m laying on my bed in my parent’s house 😞 and I’m feeling sad 😔 Wow. So it’s been 25 year since I was born. How did time pass so quickly? Am I not meant to be excited? Why am I feeling this way? Off course I’m grateful for life and so much more, certainly. But I really can’t place how I’m  feeling. I think it’s a mixture of uncertainty, anxiety, sadness, unfufillment and probably what makes it worse is how distant I've felt from God in the last 1 month. This is me basically pouring out my mind in the little way I can. I sincerely hope I’ll be able to look back at this and smile cos I would have overcome. This day was the day i fell sick after a very long time, and honestly there are just a few things in this life that is worse than falling sick. This experience got me thinking of so many things we have in our lives that we take for granted or see as the norm.
