TIPS TO EFFECTIVE SAVING

1. Know the difference between NEEDS and WANTS In basic terms, Needs are the important things in your life, things that we can't do without. They are things that are required for survival. EFFECTIVE SAVING

So I’ll be starting a series on learning how to save. Most of what I’ll be writing are what I’ve experienced overtime, seeing that I don’t have any formal financial training. But over the years I’ve been able to save up money and invest also. Right now I have an account designated for saving, it doesn’t have an ATM card, I also have a piggy bank account (piggy bank is on online saving app that helps to keep your money. It has so many great features like auto save which when turned on automatically withdraws the amount you’ve set on a particular day you’ve also set.), I have a kolo (a kolo is a sealed box with only space to pass in money). I really hope these tips are helpful because I’ve really benefited from them. Happy reading.
