OPEYEMI OKEOWO

So clearly from the name, you’ll know that this is a family member.  Well Ope is my immediate elder brother and my only older sibling.  Ope was honestly my first friend and hence why he owns the number one spot for this friendship series.  Ope is literally the best human I know and he has been there for me since I was born till this moment. Off course Ope has his flaws but I’m not here for that. Ope is forever indulging me and my excesses. He listens to my rants and never judges me.  Back then in my first year in uni, I didn’t have an account so basically my parents use to send my money to his account, and at that point, I hadn’t gotten so financially conscious so I was mostly broke, but this brother of mine always gave me Money anytime I asked. It wasn’t till I opened my account and started receiving money that I noticed that before the end of the month my money was always finishing, and then I realized that for the previous months, Ope kept giving me ...

Happy new month πŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎ Yayyyyyyyyy!!! So quickly, this month, I’ll like to dedicate each day to appreciating my friends. I’m not one that has soooo many friends, but the few I have are so precious to me. So I’ll just be saying thank you to my friends in my own way. I’m also writing exams starting tomorrow so I really hope I’ll be able to keep up 🀞🏽. I hope you have fun reading.

So I’m deciding to write this right now during the journey. So I’ve been in Abuja for the weekend, I went by rail and it was a struggle to get tickets. I normally go by road but this time due to sooo many bad reviews and terrible news, I decided to do the train ride but see ehn, I suffered. The plan was actually to go back by rail too, but something happened and that is why I’m writing this.  So part of the reason I love coming back to Abuja is so I can worship in my church, RCCG, the master’s place and see my children whom I love so much.
