You know how a candle illuminates a darkroom and how water refreshes the soul, that is how the word of God is. It has so much power like any weapon of warfare and it is so genuine, sincere and honest, not minding any other school of thought. 

Just like how you need a map to navigate your way so is the word of God used to show the path to take in life. It also helps to remedy our mistakes and uplifts us in times when we are weak and sad. 

I recall what Jesus said about how we shouldn’t live by bread alone but by every word that comes from God’s mouth and I completely agree with that. On several occasions, God has made use of His word which is filled with insights and contains so many directions to guide me in the right path.

‪Today I’m grateful for the gift of my siblings. It’s really amazing having siblings that double as best friends ❤️❤️‬ I’m grateful for Opeyemi okeowo.  Well Ope is my immediate elder brother and my only older sibling.  Ope was honestly my first friend and hence why he owns the number one spot for this friendship series.  Ope is literally the best human I know and he has been there for me since I was born till this moment.
